A couple of NR locos head up the steely on the SG back to Melbourne, via Manor Loop. An interesting load, with a number of bogies included in the cargo, with plenty of noisy AN liveried bogie open wagons.

Photos from the huge Hobsons Bay Model Railway Show held over the long weekend on 11, 12 and 13th April 2009.

Plenty to see on the day, with a good mix of layouts/scales.

Photos are taken on both Saturday 11/4 and Monday 13/4.

Managed to photograph this train twice in the same day!

Once on it's way down and then on the way back up, initially at Sydenham, then Calder Park Drv on the way home.

Train consists of: N471 and N Set: FN5 - BZN252, BN13, BRN40, ACN15 and D Van

An unusual traveler on the Calder Fwy this morning, with an unpainted flat car on the back of a semi, traveling along at around 100km/h.

The day included all sorts of displays, from live steam, model railways, the railway display, trolley rides and even a heritage bus shuttle service!
